Performance Rating Formula

Rating = (healed × 10) + (skinwalkers × 8) − (deaths × 25). Skinwalker neutralizations incur no penalty — supplying a confirmed Skinwalker with the wrong medicine counts as 0% loss.

Barney Stage Map

  1. Stage 1 — deliver 1x Coffee.
  2. Stage 2 — deliver 1x Coffee + accept Suitcase (inventory slot consumed).
  3. Stage 3 — deliver 1x Coffee + 1x Picture (Suitcase reclaimed).
  4. Stage 4 — fetch Scalpel from Room 8 (watch the Tentacle Hazard, 45-second window).
  5. Stage 5 — hide Barney in Office. Police Event triggers. PROTECT Barney to unlock the 2.0x coffee buff. SURRENDER voids the reward.

Edge Cases

  • Shift 1: Barney will not spawn — Stage 0 only.
  • Stage 4 in Room 8: 45-second window. Failing to return triggers a patient abduction penalty.
  • Stage 5 surrender: permanent loss of the 2.0x Coffee Speed Multiplier.
