Shift 10 is the climactic test of any team. The Ambulance Event floods the lobby, and visual noise makes the dual-camera Skinwalker check extremely difficult.
Elite teams default to the Lethal Error strategy: intentionally supply a confirmed Skinwalker with the wrong medicine. The system registers a 'Patient Died' notification but applies a 0% penalty to the rating.
Survivors earn the Veteran of the Wards achievement and the maximum currency payout, plus the true ending cinematic.
